Some things are a little different with us. See what you can expect.

EASY CHECK-IN

No classic check-in is required at your Revier. You will receive a request to check in online before Arrival. You will receive your room number and access authorisation directly by SMS and emailon the day of arrival. The rooms are ready for occupancy from 4 pm. If you choose the option "Early Check-in", you can enjoy your roomfor a small surcharge of EUR 20 from 12 noon.

CHECK-OUT

Every adventure comes to an end. We ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m. at the latest or book a late check-out. You have two options: "Late Check-out" until 2 pm or "Super Late Check-out" until 5 pm. There is no official check-out, but feel free to drop by and say goodbye if you like.

ROOM CLEANING

With us, you only pay for what you really need. That's why we keep our prices low and don't clean your room every day. Final cleaning is of course included and hand and shower towels are provided in all rooms.

Would you still like to take advantage of this service? You can book individual or daily room cleaning at any time.

CREDIT CARD

You will need a Mastercard or Visa credit card to make a booking. In the restaurant or for a booking on site, we also accept Maestro and Postfinance in addition to the credit cards listed.

WIFI

Lightning-fast Internet throughout the hotel - simply log into the "Revier" network and surf until you drop.

GREEN REVIER

We take care of our environment and sustainability. The Revier Hotels participate in the programme for sustainable tourism "Swisstainable" in the highest category and are also certified with the international label "Green Key".

PARKING SPACE

Are you arriving by car? Our parking spaces are located in the 2nd basement of the Valisera valley station car park. During the summer months, the car park is free of charge. In winter, a reservation is necessary via the following link:

You will find a secure and camera-monitored ski and bike room in your Revier. There is also a bike washing station in front of the hotel.

ALLERGY FRIENDLY

The majority of our rooms are designed to be allergy-friendly, which means that we do not allow pets in most rooms. Therefore, if you prefer an allergy-friendly room, this is not a problem.

WE LOVE CHILDREN

Although we do not have cots, children are very welcome. Up to and including the age of 5, they stay in your bed free of charge and do not pay for breakfast; we charge EUR 30.00 per night for an extra bed. We grant a 50% discount on breakfast for children up to and including 11 years of age.

The tourist tax of EUR 2.00 is only charged from the age of 14.

Pets

Dogs are allowed in all room categories during the summer season for an additional charge of EUR 15 per night.
